Information we collect

Email signup. The MailerLite signup form asks for your email address. Double opt-in is enabled: after submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email and must confirm your subscription before we send updates. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. MailerLite and Google may process technical information needed to operate these services.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. There is no separate contact form on this website.

Website requests. Netlify hosts the website. In delivering, securing, and troubleshooting the site, Netlify may process technical details associated with a request, such as an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser or device information, and referral source.

This website does not currently collect orders or payment information. Netlify Web Analytics is disabled. We found no separate Google Analytics or Meta Pixel integration in the website code.

How we use information

We use a confirmed email subscription to send launch announcements, sneak peeks, and occasional collection updates. We use messages sent to our contact email to respond to you. MailerLite, Google reCAPTCHA, and Netlify may process information to provide their services, deliver the website and emails, and help prevent spam or abuse.

Email subscriptions and MailerLite

MailerLite provides and operates our signup form, stores subscription information for us, and delivers our email updates. Your email address and confirmation status are processed by MailerLite when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your subscriber information, email marwoodandcompany@gmail.com; we will work with MailerLite to handle your request.

MailerLite may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to operate forms and report email campaign activity. Its documentation also describes invisible pixels that can report when a marketing email is opened. Whether particular cookies or tracking options apply can depend on the form and campaign settings. Hosting, reCAPTCHA, and other providers

Netlify provides website hosting and may process technical request information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Netlify Web Analytics is disabled for this site. Information about Netlify’s handling of personal information is available in Netlify’s Privacy Statement.

Google reCAPTCHA is used with the signup form to help detect spam and abuse. Google says reCAPTCHA may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. Learn more in Google’s reCAPTCHA FAQ.

The website also links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. If you follow one of those links, that platform handles your visit under its own privacy practices. We do not embed their feeds on this page.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

The website’s own code does not directly read or write cookies, local storage, or session storage. Google reCAPTCHA may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie when it runs. MailerLite may use form cookies or browser storage and may use tracking pixels in marketing emails, as described above.

Netlify Web Analytics is disabled. We found no separate Google Analytics or Meta Pixel integration in the website code. These statements concern the website and do not rule out tracking technologies used by MailerLite in forms or email campaigns.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to manage subscriptions, respond to requests, operate the website, and meet applicable legal requirements. We rely on our service providers to operate and protect their services. No method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. You may also email marwoodandcompany@gmail.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We do not make a claim here about which legal requirements apply to Marwood & Company LLC. Colorado’s Attorney General provides general information about the Colorado Privacy Act.

Children’s privacy

This Coming Soon website is not designed to collect information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children under 13 to subscribe. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact us at marwoodandcompany@gmail.com so we can review the request.
